On Thursday September 12, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Algeria Lakhdar Brahimi was the keynote speaker at the 10th forum of Abdelkader Education Project in Washington. Mr. Brahimi centered his remarks on the accomplishments of Nelson Mandela, an anti-apartheid icon who spent 27 years in jail before becoming the first black president of South Africa.
